Natural stone is a unique natural material which perfectly suits construction and decoration purposes. One can admire its beauty, and considerable amount of colors and color shades. Besides, it is also known for its solid and long-durable characteristics and wide application range.

The management of the plant has  implemented unique combination of considerable production facilities and modern technologies, which results in wide products assortment:

- Slabs within 18-150 mm and by order;
- Cut-to-size tiles;
- Step tiles;
- Kerbstone;
- Cubic stones (split, etc.)

AKZ is equipped with top professional stone processing equipment by leading international manufacturers: PELLEGRINI; BRETON; GMM; MEC;  etc. which has no analogues on Ukrainian territory.

POLYWIRE multi-wire cutting machine

POLYWIRE cutting machine is designed for simultaneous granite/marble cutting by one or a few diamond wires. Taking into consideration the speed and precision of cutting as well as equipment’s lifetime it is considered to be the best. The thickness of the slabs varies within 21 – 151 mm. The machine is completely managed by computer, which controls the down-speed, trolley movement during cutting process and machine’s emergency shutdown.

Monowire cutting machine DIAMANTFIL

DIAMANTFIL machines are designed for squaring, cutting and shaping of stone (granite/marble) blocks with the help of diamond wire.

DIAMANTFIL enjoys worldwide reputation as an easy device for squaring block with separate control unit.

GMM blade cutter

The machine is designed and manufactured for cutting granite/marble tiles by diamond blades in an automatic mode.

The equipment is managed by a team of professionals which passed special training courses.

The company also implemented unique water-jet surface finishing. Thanks to this process the surface of the material preserves original natural patterns and keeps its aesthetical and mechanical properties.

The quarry located at “Boltyshske” deposit produces supplies on competitive terms any amount of grey granite under “AkamTuman” brand,  as well as kerbstones and cubic stones.

Annual production capacity of AKZ equals to – 100 000 square meters.
